Refund Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and real-time competitive gaming, all sales and wagers are generally final. However, we have specific provisions for refunds in exceptional circumstances.

1. General Policy

All purchases of in-game currency and all wagers placed on games are final and non-refundable.

Refunds only apply to unused in-game currency in specific cases outlined below.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We may issue refunds in the following situations:

Technical Failure

If a game crashes or a server error prevents a match from completing, all wagers for that specific match will be automatically refunded to the players' balances.

Duplicate Payments

If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

Fraudulent Account Access

If it is proven that a payment was made by an unauthorized third party accessing your account (e.g., hacking), we will investigate. If confirmed, we may issue a refund, subject to the recovery of funds.

3. Cheating & Fair Play Refunds

In cases where a player is found to be cheating:

  • The cheater forfeits their winnings and may be banned. They are not eligible for a refund of their wager.
  • The victim (the player who was cheated) will have their wager refunded.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident.

  • Date and Time
  • Description of the issue
  • Proof (screenshots, etc.)
