We strive to provide a fair and smooth experience. However, if a dispute arises regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account issue, we have a structured process to resolve it.
1. How to Submit a Dispute
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team via email.

Please include the following in your email:
- Subject Line: "Dispute - [Your Username]"
- Description: A clear and detailed explanation of the issue.
- Evidence: Screenshots, Match IDs, Transaction Hashes, or any other relevant proof.
- Date & Time: When the issue occurred.
2. Timeframe for Investigation
We aim to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours.
- Initial Review: Typically completed within 48 hours.
- Full Investigation: Complex cases may take up to 7 business days.
We will keep you informed of the status of your dispute throughout the process.
3. Evidence Required
To support your claim, you must provide verifiable evidence.
- For game disputes: Match ID is mandatory. Video recordings are helpful.
- For payment disputes: Transaction ID (Signature) from the Solana blockchain.
Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
4. Binding Arbitration
As outlined in our Terms of Service, if a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
By using the platform, you agree to waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
